What makes Tori’s approach to health and safety so special is her ‘open-door’ attitude. Rather than creating an environment where people dread seeing H&S, Tori makes sure our team know they can come to her with questions, concerns or ideas.

For Tori, health and safety isn’t about harshly enforcing policies. It’s about educating, encouraging and supporting our staff to do things the right way, helping create a positive H&S culture throughout Cherry Pipes.
Whether she’s on site working alongside our teams or behind the scenes improving procedures and identifying risks, Tori works tirelessly to keep our people and operations safe.
