We can provide the complete service from detail site surveys, concept design statement, sketch designs, detail working drawings, planning and building control applications, standard assessment procedures rating for new dwellings, discharge consent to Environmental Health including Percolation test supervision, Land Registry Transfer Maps for the purchase and sale of property and also Mortgage supervision and Completion Certificates. Prestige Homes is registered with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and is approved by them to undertake architectural work necessary for Grant Aided Renovation and Disabled Facilities Grants. Prestige Homes also undertakes all kinds of commercial works from refurbishment of shops to bars to storage warehouses. We can provide complete service from Pile Foundation/Ring Beam Design, all structural steel work design and details, C.D.M.
