🚨 We are Hiring – Powder Coating Department 🚨
We're looking for a Prep Operative to join our busy Powder Coating Department at Metfinn.
Duties include:
🔹 Preparing metal components for powder coating
🔹 Hanging parts ready for coating
🔹 Wrapping and packing finished orders
🔹 Assisting with general department duties
🔹 Maintaining high quality and housekeeping standards
We're looking for someone who:
✅ Has a good work ethic and positive attitude
✅ Can work well as part of a team
✅ Has excellent attention to detail
✅ Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
