🚧 PROJECT COMPLETE | THE HYDE, WALTHAM 🚧

Stage 2 works are now successfully wrapped up, featuring the installation of chicane traffic calming measures as part of the development for our valued client

What we delivered:
▪ New kerbs & edgings installed
▪ Pedestrian crossing points constructed
▪ Fresh paving works completed
▪ Signage installed throughout
▪ Full carriageway final surfacing
▪ Chicane features introduced for traffic calming

👏 Big credit to Pete and Jon for delivering the chicane works to a high standard.

Another solid result and a great addition to the development.

🏁 Go Karting Success! 🏁

The team at Daniel Charles Construction had a fantastic time hitting the track at a recent go-karting event and we’re proud to have secured 4th place! 👏

A huge thank you to for the invitation and for organising such a brilliant evening. It was great competition, plenty of laughs, and a perfect team outing.

🚜T C Harrison JCB Experience! 🚜

Yesterday, we were invited to an incredible day at the TC Harrison JCB Day 👏

The morning kicked off at the impressive JCB World Headquarters, followed by an action-packed afternoon at JCB Kevin Quarry, getting up close with, and even trying out, some of the latest JCB machinery 💪

A brilliant day all round, great experience, great machines, and plenty of hands-on learning.

🚧 Site Progress Update 🚧

Our teams are currently working towards delivering the Roads & Sewers infrastructure in readiness for the delivery of 36 No. prestige luxury homes nestled in a secluded woodland country setting on the edge of Scunthorpe for Lincolnshire Lakes Limited🌳🏡

This phase of the development includes the construction of a road and sewer network, alongside the installation of a pumping station to serve the 36 new dwellings. 🚜

Throughout the works, close collaboration has been maintained with archaeologists and ecologists to preserve the existing habitat and retain the natural character and picturesque setting of the surrounding woodland. 🌿

Despite challenging winter weather conditions, the site team continue to make progress.

👏 Dan, Ellis and Sean have successfully completed the deep works associated with the pumping station and are now advancing the installation of deep drainage across the site.

🚧 Following on from this, Dale, Dean, Harry, and Ben are progressing with the construction of the road infrastructure and associated footpath works, steadily transforming the site and maintaining momentum across all stages of the project.

Well done to all involved for keeping the project moving forward.

They’ve been out completing their NPORS Ride-on Roller training with our assessor, Dave Helliwell, building hands-on experience and sharpening key site skills.
