Position: 2-Man Gang – Roofing & Cladding
Location: Essex/London
Company: BRG

BRG are looking for an experienced and reliable 2-man gang to join our growing team, working on industrial and commercial roofing and cladding projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Installation of roofing and cladding systems on steel-framed buildings
• Working safely at height in accordance with site regulations
• Reading and following drawings and site instructions
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and efficiency

Requirements:
• Proven experience in roofing and cladding
• Valid CSCS cards (essential)
• IPAF and/or PASMA (preferred but not essential)
• Own tools and transport
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
