Residential New Build Cottage, Dunmow, Essex

We were tasked by our client to build a new timber framed house in a beautiful rural setting in the Essex countryside that would blend in with its surroundings and look like it had been there for years.

The architect’s design was very much cottage style so we enhanced this by using some traditional build methods and reclaimed materials alongside modern day technologies. This allowed us to create a modern, new build dwelling with all the 21st century comforts and benefits but with a rustic charm that sits so well in its countryside location.
