A springing floor in Willington has uncovered a whole host of problems.
After lifting the flooring we have lots of rot, woodworm, water ingress, bridged damp course, compromised roof on the bay window as well as a potentially compromised lintel.

We will keep stripping back as far as the customer would like to ensure a comprehensive repair.
