East Kilbride client asked us to lay her new floor and build a simple Acoustic Board Media wall with a hidden door so she could retain her under stair storage .

- Angled media wall constructed to make better use of space

- Grey oak slat wall finish

- TV recessed with extendable tv bracket and LED light surround

- Recessed electric fire with matte black finished shelves

- Discreet storage located under fire with handleless doors covered in Grey oak cladding for seamless finish

- Door replaced with new PVC window with satin glass

- Room fully plastered and painted

Full House renovation completed in East Kilbride

- Kitchen removed and replaced with brand new Howdens kitchen (handle less doors and laminate worktops), Plinth and wall unit lights

- Bathroom stripped and replaced with new bathroom suite and wetwall

- All floorboards removed and replaced with chipboard flooring and insulation

- All windows and external doors replaced

- New Central heating

- Spotlights added, all sockets/switches updated

- Partition constructed to separate living room and hallway

- Full House plastered

- All internal doors and finishings replaced

- Bannister replaced with oak handrail and black spindles

- Side porch removed in preparation for extension
