Lovely cottage-style kitchen completed. 🌿

A great mix of soft green cabinetry and natural wood tones to keep it warm, classic, and full of character. Supplied by MKM, with a few bespoke additions made and fitted to give it that extra personal touch.

This one was completed in the evenings as well to keep everything on track with a tight timescale — sometimes you’ve just got to put the extra hours in to get the job done.

And yes… somebody may have enthusiastically knocked the tap hole out on the wrong side of the sink first time round 😅 — but we don’t talk about that. All sorted and fitted perfectly in the end!

Full render removal and replacement completed on this property in clarborough 🏠

The original render had failed, with cracking and movement showing through the blockwork. We stripped it right back, carried out the necessary repairs to the substrate, and prepped everything correctly before applying a new monocouche render system.

Render applied by Izzymax Rendering Services Ltd + MK plastering.

The fresh finish has completely transformed the property — clean, modern, and built to last with a low-maintenance, weather-resistant coating.

Preparation is everything with render work. Remove the problem properly, repair it properly, and the finish will last.

Over 100 hours went into this full build — working closely back and forth with the client to make sure every detail was exactly how they wanted it. From design discussions to final installation, nothing was rushed.

Solid oak throughout, individually lathe-turned spindles, and fully adjustable legs to ensure a perfect level finish. Built to fit the space precisely and made to last for generations.

We repaired the original damaged plaster using bonding coat where needed, then over-skimmed the full area for a smooth, clean finish. The project was completed with the installation of a new fireplace and tiled hearth to bring the whole feature back to life.
