Project Lady Walk – Part 1 🏡🔨

Great progress has been made on our Lady Walk project.

The existing structural wall, which was supporting the roof purlin, has now been safely removed and replaced with a new RSJ, installed in accordance with the structural engineer’s calculations. The area is now ready for the plasterers to work their magic.

Part 2 of the project will be getting underway over the next couple of weeks. This phase includes removing existing windows, creating larger openings, and installing a full set of new windows and doors.

Stay tuned for more updates as another transformation takes shape! 👷‍♂️

🏡 Loft Conversion Progress – Albert Road, Retford 🔨

Our latest loft conversion project on Albert Road, Retford is coming along really well, and we’re making excellent progress.

Next week we’ll be fitting the Velux windows before completing the plasterboarding, bringing us one step closer to transforming another property into a beautiful, functional living space.

Great progress is being made on our renovation project over in Creswell!

We’ve got one more day of plastering to complete before moving on to the second fix joinery, where the transformation really starts to come together. 🪚
