📢 We're Hiring: Marketing Manager

We're looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager to join Drone Defence and play a key role in the next stage of our growth.

This isn't just another marketing role. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of our marketing function, work alongside our CEO, engineers and sales team, and help communicate innovative technology to customers across defence, security, aviation, critical infrastructure and public safety.

This is a hands-on position where you'll have the opportunity to:

�✅ Develop and lead our marketing strategy
�✅ Create compelling campaigns and content
�✅ Support product launches and sales activity�
✅ Manage our website, digital marketing and exhibitions
�✅ Help build a marketing team as the business continues to grow

We're looking for someone with strong B2B marketing experience, excellent writing skills, commercial awareness and the ability to turn complex technology into clear, engaging messages. If you've worked in technology, engineering, defence, aerospace or another technical sector, we'd especially like to hear from you.

📍 Location: Retford, Nottinghamshire�
💼 Full-time | Predominantly office based
💰 Salary: £45,000–£50,000 depending on experience
