Another rear extension completed, using the existing base and foundations, we completed the rest of the structure out of timber and finished it externally with cladding.
Internal walls removed as much a possible without the need of an rsj. Old kitchen ripped out and new wren kitchen fitted and completed with quartz worktops. Fully decorated and flooring throughout.

-Complete renovation and rejig of layout.
-2 additional bedrooms
-forming of new bathroom
-downstairs wc
-office
-utility
-porch/ new entrance to the house
-forming of new kitchen space
-every little thing in this property was completely redone.

We recently completed this garage conversion in hockley.

So firstly we removed the wall between the garage and the kitchen this created a nice big space for a new layout …The kitchen was resonably new so we used some of the units and doors we could and added new ones where needed.

Great use of this space which came out looking very nice!

Hutton project.
Loft conversion adding a bathroom and 3 additional bedrooms ✅
Extension and knock-through to make way for utility room and open plan kitchen diner/lounge ✅
Downstairs toilet ✅
Office ✅
Full refurb ✅
A lot of work went into to this project as the photos show, but what a transformation!
Look forward to seeing it when the clients have the landscaping done.

Definitely a job to be proud of!
