There’s something about limewash that completely changes a room.

The soft, tonal movement across the walls adds depth and texture without overwhelming the space, creating a warm backdrop that shifts beautifully as the light changes throughout the day.

Paired with soft pinks, earthy neutrals and warm lighting, it gives this bedroom a calm, layered and considered feel.

Not every element of a renovation needs the same level of investment.
We believe in prioritising the things you use every day, the finishes that need to withstand real life and the elements that would be difficult or costly to change further down the line.

Then, there are plenty of opportunities to be more flexible with the finishing touches.
It's not simply about spending more. It's about knowing where your budget will make the biggest difference.

Soft neutrals, warm stone and timeless detailing 🤎

This bathroom is a perfect example of how a simple palette doesn’t have to feel plain.
Layering natural stone, subtle veining, warm brass finishes and classic panelling gives the space depth while keeping the overall feel calm and considered.

A bathroom designed to feel fresh now, but still beautiful for years to come.

The best renovations are shaped by the decisions made long before the decorating begins.

How you move through your home, where furniture will sit, where you need power, what needs storing and how each room will actually be used all have an impact on the finished result.

Getting these practical details right early means fewer compromises later, and creates a home that doesn't just look considered, but works beautifully too.

That autumn light 🍂

There’s something about the softer light at this time of year that completely changes a space. Here, it picks up the warmth in the natural wood cabinetry, softens the cooler stone finishes and brings out all those subtle textures.

Proof that sometimes the best design feature is the one you can’t specify.

From mood board to finished space.

A mood board is where the direction begins, bringing together colour, texture, pattern and material choices to make sure every element feels considered before the design comes to life.

Here, warm neutrals are layered with rich browns, olive accents, dark wood and touches of brass to create a space that feels sophisticated, inviting and full of texture, and seeing those initial ideas translated into the finished room is always one of our favourite parts of the process.

It’s the details that turn a kitchen from simply functional into a space that feels completely considered.

From clever pull-out storage and integrated lighting to contrasting finishes, streamlined cabinetry and worktops that flow seamlessly into the sink. Every element has been thought about as part of the bigger picture.

Practical where it needs to be, full of personality where it counts.

A cohesive home doesn’t mean every room needs to look the same.

In fact, we love giving individual spaces their own personality.

The key is creating subtle connections throughout... repeating materials, carrying tones from one room into another and considering architectural details as part of the bigger picture.

Each room can tell its own story, while still feeling unmistakably part of the same home.

A bathroom designed to feel calm, considered and completely effortless.

Keeping the palette soft and understated allows the details to do the talking. From the freestanding statement bath and marble-effect finishes to the black accents that add just enough contrast.

Clean, contemporary and designed to stand the test of time.

Open-plan living can be beautiful... but it isn’t necessarily right for every home or every family.

Sometimes we need spaces that connect. Sometimes we need spaces that allow us to switch off, work, entertain or simply close a door.

That’s why we design around how a home needs to function rather than automatically reaching for the sledgehammer.

The best layout isn’t the most open one. It’s the one that works for you.
