Hi All,
I am currently looking for work opportunities.
I am an experienced self-employed /freelance quantity surveyor/project manager/ building cost consultant for projects up to 5 million pounds.
I have over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry,
initially leaving school and completing an apprenticeship and working as a site joiner,
then working as a building surveyor, then working as a quantity surveyor and cost manager in the construction industry on various types of work including refurb of pub/ retail outlets/bowling centres, major developments schemes with housing association & developers.
For the last 11 years I was working on heritage projects on castles/monuments and churches/cathedrals and most recently new build/refurb of ecobuild/energy efficient houses and apartment conversions.
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying and an Incorporate member of CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building).
