Evening all, I hope it's been a good day.
Just a quick show of a recent project in Martin mill we compleated a few weeks back.
This was a complete re furb of the back of the house. Extention, fencing and patio along with the assembly of the little summer house. We also took care of the roofing, new doors and windows, electrics, plastering and decorating within the extention working alongside LOCAL, GOOD, TRUSTED tradespeople i have known on a personal level for many years.
Every job I do is personal to me and from the first step on site I treat it like my own home. Using the best materials and cutting no corners to achieve the desired outcome.
I will post again in a few days to show you the front.
Posting really to show im still active all be it really busy 🤣
Again, if you ever need any advise on a project or a quote I will always offer free honest advise.
I can promise you I will not be the cheapest as there is a lot of corner cutting goes on out there, but I will always do my best for your job.

Well I suppose I had better start off 2026 by wishing you all a very happy new year!

As you may have noticed I was very quiet on here last year as ive wanted to keep my phone quiet... this is for a couple of reasons.
Last year we brought and rennovated our first family home! Inside we completed a full strip out , re wire, re plumb, re plaster, new kitchen, new bathroom and new flooring.... which took a lot of my time, and as you can see here I have been busy in the garden too 🤣 I will keep everyone updated with progress as my own garden progresses. Also I am already booked until end of April so early planning is key.

And with customers work this year we are kicking off with this driveway and porch in Martin mill. You will notice what setts me apart from other contractors is the use of propper mot type 1 granite sub base compacted in layers under my driveways.

If you want a contractor who will use only the best materials and cut no corners then just get in contact and I will be happy to help with any advise or otherwise.

We get to do some lovley jobs !
Our client gave a spec of something different / pretty / and allowing as much greenery as possible on this driveway. And how beautiful it's turned out !
Really pleased with this one.
As usual with all our drives 300mm reduce dig, all premium grade mot type1 sub base materials at the correct strengths and depths.... never a corner cut.
Bookings are now until April with other prices out awaiting instruction so please make contact if you'd like to book for next year..

Heres some pictures of a recently finnished patio and planter we completed in ash.
Of course it has a 200mm primary type 1 granite sub base compacted in layers (standard with us).
Full muc bed @4/1 strength.
Pointed with VDW800 resin pointing.
Also with all our patios we apply a coat of sealant once it's completed.
Not many out there are giving you this kind of quality I can promise you.
Slabs used are Rippon buff sandstone from UK Stone Imports Ltd.
Bricks used are colleridge yellows from jewsons in dover.

We really get to use some cool materials in this job !
These are vintage, hand made tiles from Mexico 🇲🇽. Not your run of the mill stuff, but then nothing on this particular job has been run of the mill 🤣
And yes they where a pain to lay..... But they are the final peice in what has been a complete transformation to a great little space that you are all going to be able to enjoy soon!
I cannot wait to show you the before and afters on this job 💪 it is truly fantastic.

A recently completed job in Staple consisting of new custom made estate rail fencing (hand made @ Wrightweld Fabications) and a complete strip down and re work of this 240m2 shingle drive.
It now has primary type 1 granite underneath and 20mm crushed shingle on top.
This is correct and will stay as pictured for many many years to come...

Again, get preparation underway for next year's project. Good advice and planning is key.

I've just been back to a customers house that we completed this gym for about 3 / 4 years ago.
Other than a few leaves here and there it's still 100 percent perfect 👌 as is the rest of the property that we completed 10 or so years ago.
We're now discussing another project (phase 4) to install an outdoor kitchen and hot tub area built on different levels...... watch this space it's going to be amazing 💪💥.

Bookings in my diary are now from February 2025 so if you'd like a quote or any advise for next years project don't hesitate to contact me.
Book in advance to avoid disappointment.
