Software Engineer

We are looking for a new software engineer to take a lead role in our software team which comprises of 8 engineers split between the UK and Sri Lanka. Responsibilities will include application development, reviewing code from other team members, coordinating the work of other team members, application testing.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree or PhD in engineering
- Experience with Linux, and C
- Experience in developing for an embedded environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience developing on the Raspberry Pi would be highly beneficial
- Experience in web development would be highly beneficial

Marketing Specialist (part time)

With a high degree of autonomy, reporting to and working with the company directors, this role involves marketing our products and capabilities in the UK and internationally, to new and existing clients. This will include responsibility for direct emails, newsletters, social media content, videos, press releases, website content and identifying new marketing opportunities. The objective is to improve awareness of our products and services and provide information to existing customers and distributors, as well as identifying new markets and applications for our products and gathering customer feedback to inform future product development.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A qualification in marketing, business, journalism, or a related subject
- Excellent communication skills
- A high level of computer literacy
- Experience in marketing in the B2B environment
- The ability to generate and develop marketing initiatives

Job Types: 2-3 days a week, Flexible hours, Permanent.
