⭐️ Clermiston Project Completed ⭐️

We’re pleased to announce the completion of a full ground floor renovation and redecoration at our Clermiston project.

Our clients were looking to create a more open-plan, modern kitchen space, alongside a series of upgrades throughout the property to enhance both functionality and finish.

Key works completed:

•Installation of a new kitchen ✅

•Structural alterations to create open-plan living ✅

•New boiler installation ✅

•Full electrical rewire and new consumer unit ✅

•New flooring, internal doors, skirtings and facings ✅

•Bespoke media wall with integrated storage ✅

•Installation of a new Velux window to introduce natural light into the upper staircase and hallway ✅

•Full redecoration throughout ✅

⭐️ NEW PROJECT IN PEEBLES 🛠️ ⭐️

We started work on our Peebles project this week, kicking things off with the strip-out. 🚧

The client had unfortunately discovered a burst water main beneath the floorboards, which meant the project had to begin sooner than planned. 💧

Once on site, we got to work straight away and made the call to bring the job forward, carrying out a full floor replacement throughout the property.

It’s a change to the original plan, but the right one — ensuring everything is safe, dry, and built to last, while getting our clients back into their home as quickly as possible.

We’ll keep you posted as things progress!

⭐️ Week Two Complete at Clermiston ⭐️

Another productive week on site! We’ve made excellent progress with:

✅ Electrical: Full kitchen rewire and fuseboard upgrade completed.

✅ Plumbing: First fix finished and ready for boiler relocation post-plastering.

✅ Window: New velux window installed, brightening up the hallway and stairs.

Everything is coming together nicely 👏🏻

Progress is well underway at our Clermiston Renovation 🏗️ It’s been a busy start to the week and we are looking forward to seeing this space transform!

✅ Full kitchen strip out including the removal of load baring walls to create a bright open plan kitchen

✅ Steel beam & concrete lintels installed.

✅ Floors coverings removed throughout

Ready for for first fix plumbing and electrics
