We are currently looking at taking on an experienced skilled labourer with a full UK driver's licence.
- Company van and workwear provided.
- Competitive rates of pay (depending on experience and attitude) starting at £12 per hour.
- Normal site hours at 8 - 4:30 (optional overtime).
- New skills and areas of work to learn.
- Work area mainly in Edinburgh.

A very damp ground floor flat in central Edinburgh recently completed by the team. Dry rot (Serpula Lacrymans) was present in a vast amount of floor timbers and the walls were very saturated. Everything has been stripped, cleared, treated and new materials installed. Floor has been reinstated, walls reinstated and decorated, all ready for the new carpet!

Another bathroom that had an on going leak, due to defective tiling. This leak allowed the moisture to manifest dry rot within the timber partions and floor. The team removed all rotten materials and then carried out a spray treatment, reinstated with new treated timbers and then installed new upvc wetboard paneling and the existing bathroom. Looking fresh and dry. Very happy customer! 👍

Rotten timbers infested with dry rot underneath the bath caused by a faulty waste. The timbers here were some of the worst we have seen and we were genuinely surprised the bath never fell through. We stripped all rotten timbers, sprayed all the localised masonry and rebuilt the floor with a supporting wall within the basement. Floor, bath, shower and upvc wet board panels reinstated and looking fresh again 👌

Floor boards removed, damp proof course installed, walls treated, sub floor cleared, damp proof membrane installed, insulation netting installed in between joists, thermal insulation added, floor boards reinstated, thermal insulated plasterboard added to walls, boards are then filled and sanded, walls undercoated, radiators, electrical sockets and skirtings boards then reinstated 👍

We recently completed a job down in North Berwick High Street, the flat was suffering from Penetrating dampness from a series of external defects. We rectified all the defects and then prepared and painted all the walls and window surroundings in two coats of Johnstones stormshield. Internal plaster was removed back to masonry, masonry treated then walls reinstated, prepared and painted.

After a case of dry rot that we diagnosed and treated, we carried out a number of damp proofing works such as masonry pointing repairs, guttering works, vegetation/moss removal, damp proof course installation, perimeter trench created, sand mastic repairs around windows, drip channel creations. This beautiful 1800's property in Edinburgh is now preserved and protected for the future. Very pleased customers.
