What a difference! 🤩

From an unused garage space to a large downstairs shower room and utility area — what a transformation!

The entire space was fully framed, insulated and plastered, with a new window installed in place of the original garage door.

The finishing touches really brought this project together including the flooring, new doors, kitchen units and wet wall.

A fantastic transformation from start to finish, and we’re delighted with how beautifully this space has come together. 🔨🏡

New decking installed in Craiglockhart. Rotten timber decking stripped out, new framing installed and anthracite composite decking installed. What a difference!

A couple of recently completed bespoke projects at separate properties. Banquette seating with lifting storage compartments and an in built kitchen appliance garage and storage solution. Both in keeping with the individual properties age and aesthetics.

A former storage room transformed into a stunning cloakroom shower room, an ideal extra space for guests and children. This shower room features marble effect wet wall and vinyl click flooring for effortless cleaning and maintenance. Completed while the clients were on holiday, this renovation offers a convenient and quick solution.

A recently completed job in Stockbridge. This job was project managed by the client but we were involved in all aspects from knocking a wall down, bathroom works and ventilation through to building a bespoke wardrobe, adding panelling, picture rail and dado rail as well as building custom internal doors and shutters to match the existing property.
