We attended an Intergas boiler fault today.
Unfortunately diagnosis points to 3 possible faulty components which are all in excess of £200 (and no stock of one component- Intergas themselves are waiting on stock!). Our recommendation was for our customer to contact Intergas for a fixed price repair as likely to be quicker and cheaper in the long run.
Our customers just been back in touch to say that Intergas can’t attend until middle of February! We are trying to figure out the cheapest and quickest options…
Moral of the story- stick with well known (and preferably uk made) brands.
