A full roof replacement was needed as the existing 3-layer felt system was failing in several areas and had caused serious timber rot. The team stripped it back to the original substrate, fully insulated it, installed a new 18mm plywood deck, and finished it with a Fatra FF810 membrane. We also fitted a new timber fascia along with new cast iron guttering.

• New Code 5 lead watergates & flashings to all gable walls
• Complete cupola refurbishment with Code 5 lead astragals & capping piece
