Jaymax Joinery Ltd based in the heart of Scotland’s beautiful Capital City, Edinburgh, has been synonymous with the manufacturing of high quality bespoke joinery products since 1985. Throughout its history our workshop has produced high quality products for iconic projects within the Edinburgh and Lothian’s areas, such as The Dome in George Street, Archerfield House in East Lothian and many, many

significant others. We are able to provide our clients with a variety of products and services for modern buildings as well as for conservation and listed buildings including Sash & Case Windows, Cupolas & Roof Lanterns, Orangeries & Conservatories, Kitchens & Bathrooms, Staircases & Balustrades and much more. Using a variety of different materials including most hard & softwoods our dedicated and highly trained manufacturing team will produce only the finest products manufactured to the most exacting standards. Our skilled tradesmen pride themselves in the work that they produce which is easily reflected in the finished products. We have a state of the art paint shop where we can custom spray any of our creations whatever colour that you wish or indeed match precisely that window or door that has to be exactly as the originals. This could be because your building is listed and if so we have all the necessary expertise to produce exact copies of original Georgian and Victorian works. We have built a show complex within our premises where customers can view our own hand built conservatories, windows, kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms and much more. We would be delighted if you would like to visit us to see our products being manufactured and see examples of our work with fully operational displays and sample products. Having our own highly skilled and trained installation teams enables us to provide a professional and very personal be-spoke service. So we can manufacture your products and install or we can simply manufacture and supply in kit form to allow you or your own tradesmen to install; whatever your requirements we are always happy to oblige. Update post:
We have recently completed manufacturing these replica arched sashes for a listed property in Edinburgh. Our client provided two of the original sashes which allowed us to produce accurate templates, replicating these sashes as close as on the originals as possible. Also allowing the glazing checks to suitable for heritage double glazing. All sashes were supplied unglazed and primed white.

Redwood, double glazed with plant on astragals and back to back spacer bar forming a 6 over 6 pane configuration, complete with draught deals and brass hardware. These windows are idea for conservation properties.

Since we haven’t posted in awhile and thought this would be a nice one to return with.

We manufactured and installed this arched doorset into a listed property in Edinburghs Stockbridge Area.

Manufactured from Meranti hardwood with flush panels and traditional replica bolection profile mouldings.

We worked closely with the interior designer who organised this stunning leaded glass.

We are looking for experienced bench / workshop joiners to join our busy manufacturing team. We specialise in producing Sash and Case windows, Internal and External doors, Roof Lanterns, Casement windows as well as other bespoke timber items.

We are currently looking for someone with experience of manufacturing sash and case windows
