Our Height Specialists done a flag change over today for a client in Edinburgh 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿They safely accesed the flagpole using Specialist equipment. The flag was lowered down, a new flag was installed with new carabiners. A final check of the ropes for twists or tangles before raising the flagpole into position.

Here is a job that our team carried out in Midlothian 🏠 the old defective cladded sheeting was fully removed, once this was done we noticed the beams underneath the sheeting were showing signs of corrosion , all the beams were fully descaled back to a fine surface, a rust stabiliser was then applied and a final top coat of suitable metal black paint. The final stage was to install the new s30 profile sheeting to the beams using tech screws to secure the sheeting and all flashings were put back in place correctly. 🔨

A client came to us to have 2 new ridge tiles installed which came loose due to the bad weather recently 🔨 These where all fully pointed back up with a suitable mortar and descaled of all Moss to make a fine finish 🏠 🪜 Give us a call to book in your free survey ☎️
