After just over a week of no production, we have finally got our brand new , much needed 6000 x 3000 mm spray booth installed and ready to go !

The new booth has an excellent extraction system that is better for the operator and limits the risk of contamination of the powder coating application, it also has less power consumption that is better for the environment and our pocket !

We have also installed some extra conveyors to give us extra room to allow items to cool out of the way so we can continue to load the next job ready for spraying, this will help us speed up production.

We are confident our investment will improve our quality and turn around times even further and upmost improve for our clients, new and old .

One of today’s jobs . Our customer is rebuilding his motorcycle, the original gold paint work wasn’t great so we’ve worked our magic ✨ now it looks like new in a nice gloss black RAL 9005

A Nice bright green RAL 6018 gloss was applied to this go kart chassis this week , it will really stand out on the track ! Our customer was over the moon with the overall finish and colour .

Here are some before and after pictures of a clients car chassis, the chassis was sand blasted to clean off old paint and rust, it leaves a perfect etched surface for the coating to adhere to. Once blasted a zinc rich powder primer was applied followed by a top coat of a polyester satin black powder coat .

The combination of the sand blasting, zinc primer and top coat will have excellent corrosion protection.
