Dormer alterations for a customer in Craigiebuckler. Smaller new white pvcu windows fitted along with anthracite grey cladding. Stripping the dormer back to bare allowed fitting of rigid foam insulation to dramatically increase room temperature and provided a more usable window system with a modern look not to mention the lower heating bills.

A great project in Aberdeen to extend a dormer, creating space for a new bathroom. The opportunity was taken to fully insulate the existing dormer as well as fitting an EPDM rubber roof membrane. Anthracite cladding and a new triple glazed window with privacy glass completed the external changes.
Underfloor heating, LED spots and low level lighting make the new space warm and bright. The Matt black fittings and trims give a modern edge against the white marble tiles.
