Neoprene / EPDM:

Both systems can be applied to straight pipes, prefabricated spools, bends, fittings and other custom structures. Neoprene can also be internally applied to clamps, guides and some sizes of spools.

After being introduced to STOPAQ B.V. a few of our team received training in Aberdeen from PRESSERVUK.

It’s always a priority for us at LJF Custom Coatings to stay ahead of the curve in the industry, and this training allowed us to dive deep into cutting-edge corrosion protection technologies. The hands-on experience and expert guidance from the Stopaq team were invaluable.

This coating is manually sprayed and consists of an FBE Layer a mixed pass of FBE and PE and a final pass of PE. The tough outer layer of the PE protects against shear forces, impacts and abrasion during transportation, installation and the entire service life of the subsea production structures.
