This is a 32amp IP44 surface inlet that has been changed for safety. You don’t have the Male plug on your extension lead (supply) as this can Electrocute you on the pins! The male end should be on your Catering trailer! How many times I’ve seen this is scary. It’s all safe now.
(Extension lead pictured was for testing purposes as should be 2.5mm lead)

Gas interlock systems updated.
Since 2020 BS6173 was updated, Gas interlock systems with variable speed controllers should have a connected CO2 monitor so if the supply and extraction ventilation is turned down (even on a medium load) this will warn you of CO2 building up over 2800 parts per million in the working kitchen area and will shut off the gas supply if the ventilation is not increased.
This is the standard now for existing and new commercial catering installations.
