Meet Danny, one of our top engineers working on a part to improve one of our machines.

At First Light Lamps, we're continually investing in our manufacturing capabilities, but some of the biggest improvements have come from developing specialist equipment and refining our own processes.

📣 Our next Meet the Team post is all about Paul Herring – Production Supervisor at First Light Lamps Ltd.

Paul is one of the founding members of First Light Lamps and brings an incredible 38 years of experience to the business. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive knowledge across multiple production areas, making him an invaluable source of expertise and support for colleagues across the company.

Originally leading our Lamp Assembly Department, Paul was promoted to Production Supervisor in 2010. In this role, he oversees workflow across all areas of production, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of our products from lamp design sign-off right through to dispatching orders to customers worldwide.

What does Paul value most about his role?
"Working with a great team and being part of a company that continues to innovate and grow while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service."

With nearly four decades of industry experience and a deep understanding of our manufacturing processes, Paul plays a key role in ensuring First Light Lamps continues to deliver the quality, reliability, and service our customers expect.
