Silly fast turn around ‘can you just’ job sorted for Willem’s car that is currently standard on a garage ramp.

Simple fuel canister made to replace his OEM plastic unit; car is currently stuck at the garage after the plastic one has failed and needs replacing.

Sent over dimensions and the fitting requirements late last night; new aluminium unit made up and posted out first thing this morning.

No polish, no CAD design or CNC cut construction. Just a simple hand made tank knocked up within the hour to get his car moving again. ❄️

Bespoke Fabricated Intake plenum made up for Harry’s VR6 powered MK1 Golf.

An item we have had to make purely due to available space and fitment requirements. Unfortunately all current aftermarket options either rise too high for bonnet clearance or fowel the radiator pack and front slam panel area.

So this unit specifically has been made to still retain a 3.5 plenum body as well as a reasonable runner length. However, made to seat super low and as close to the engine as possible.

Cut ring o-ring / square to round port matching / VAG throttle body fl**ge / x 3 1/8npt b**gs / x 1 IAT b**g

We also have a really trick Aluminium 3D printed version currently in the works in collaboration with the guys over at Advocult motorsport. ❄️

Bespoke water to air charge cooler made up for Harry’s VR6 twin turbo powered MK1 golf build.

Some pretty cool features, including the newest Gen Vibrant 3” HD Clamps, an underside mounted VW water pump and built in filler/bleeder point.

All based around a Garrett core. ❄️

A pretty intricate bespoke cooler made up to replace the OEM original radiator for an early Toyota overland camper.

Unfortunately the original radiator had failed, and the only OEM stock for a replacement is sourced from Canada; with Long leadtimes and expensive shipping plus duty payments attached.

Cade called us hoping we could help to build up a OEM equivalent radiator, whilst using a modern motorsports core and all aluminium construction.

We’ve managed to replicate the pattern radiators crucial dimensions and mounting points. Allow for a bolt in install and getting his overlander back out within a much shorter than anticipated leadtime. ❄️
