We are looking for experienced groundworkers and labourers with a full valid UK driving license.

Work is mostly in Epping Forest such as Chigwell, Waltham Abbey, Buckhurst Hill, Loughton, Ongar and Sheering.

Works Include:

Demolition

Full company clothing and PPE is provided.

Wages paid weekly.

Works included:

Removal of failing rear retaining brick wall and steps. ✅️

Build new 9 inch retaining brick wall on new footing with a soldier course brick coping ✅

Build new 4 inch skin on new footing to cover old concrete retaining wall. Soilder course to be laid on skin and concrete wall. ✅️

Breakout and replace failed concrete path ✅️

Install new ACO drainage and connect into existing surface water drain. Replace inspection covers and frames. ✅️

Install new side gate and panel ✅️

Great job done by the gang and a very quick turnaround for the client 👏🏼

Supply and install custom fabricated bin stores. Designed, fabricated and powder coated in house ✅️

Full renovation of this 2 bedroom flat in Loughton, Essex 👌🏼

Complete strip out back to brickwork ✅️

Full rewire and replumb including install central heating as there was none previously ✅

Supply and install new windows and front door ✅️

Boarded out, plastered and painted ✅️

Supply and install new premiere kitchen from Howdens ✅️

Supply and install new bathroom suite ✅️

All new doors, skirtings and architraves ✅️

All finished with new carpet and tiles ✅️

A recent council void property completed for Epping Forest District Council 👌🏼

Works included:

Cut back all overgrowth to expose existing paths, steps, fencing and grass area ✅️

Repair concrete paths to rear garden, replace fencing, repair wall and topsoil as required ✅️

Install new gate and fencing to side of property ✅️

Clear existing driveway of debris, spray tackcoat emulsion, regulate surface to 20mm DBM binder course and overlay driveway with 30mm of 6mm DBM surface course ✅️

Driveway finished with some custom made picket gates ✅️

The gang done an unbelievable job and we had a very happy client 🙌🏼

Supplying and installing 174lm of 3ft high timber close board contractor fence panels with precast concrete posts and gravel boards ✅

New artificial grass completed in Mossford Primary School, Ilford 👌🏼

Works included:

Removing old artifical grass, mounds and bedding layer and carting spoil to tip ✅️

Supplying and laying new concrete edge to perimeter of grass area ✅

Supplying and laying 50mm of sharp sand bedding layer and new 38mm premium grade artificial grass. Grass was then infilled with sand using our new spreader and brushed in with an electric rotating brush ✅️

Great job done by the gang and a very happy client 👏🏼

Excavating existing grass area to a nominal depth of 150mm and carting spoil to tip ✅️

Supplying and laying precast concrete edgings on concrete bed and surround ✅

Supplying and laying 75mm of MOT Type 1, 50mm of 20mm DBM binder course and 25mm of 6mm DBM surface course ✅️

Finally, 1.20m high chain fencing was installed ✅️
