Hi,
Project 1 are based in Eversholt near Milton Keynes. We offer reactive maintenance and also planned maintenance, design and build for domestic and commercial properties within surrounding counties and North London.
The role will include:
Boiler breakdowns and fault finding.
Boiler servicing and general maintenance.
Landlord gas safety checks.
Emergency water/gas leaks.
General heating and plumbing problems.
Installs of: new sinks, toilets, baths.
Essential Requirements:
Hold a full UK driving licence.
You have completed your NVQ Level 3 in plumbing with proven experience.
Domestic experience required.
Competent with all plumbing diagnostics, servicing, maintenance & repair.
Experience in bathroom installations.
Strong customer skills.
Must be Gas Safe Registered
A good standard of administration as will need to report to office cost of materials and labour involved for potential further works.
High standards of personal presentation with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Hours of work will generally be 8am - 4pm
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
Company vehicle, uniform, mobile telephone and fuel card will be provided.
