350 square meters of porcelain paving, 40 ton of sand and over 600 slabs!! 🥵

So glad we were able to lay this patio on this new build development of a luxuary home! Including the outdoor kitchen and swimming pool area!

This is our latest extension project, look through our photos where we take you from the first day to the last day and everything in between! 😁

This was a real test with the extensive steel work involved internally but it was all carried out with the utmost care and precision and the end results are incredible! ✨

The new room ties seemlessly with the rest of the house and provides the perfect ‘snug’ off of the kitchen with the added new wood burner installed!

✨Great job completed this week with the installation of new aluminium Bifold doors.✨

Removing the old windows and creating this new opening with the install of a large steel beam, has now really changed the whole feel of the room. All the added light and open access to the garden gives it a real wow factor when you walk in!

Just plastering and decoration left to complete this latest transformation. 👌🏻

Scroll through to see some updates of our current renovation project in Topsham.
Removing one of the interior walls and installing a steel beam support to create a much larger open plan kitchen/dinning area!
Installation of the new kitchen is now almost complete, just the quartz worktops and flooring next week!

Some photos of another bathroom renovation completed recently! ✅

This bathroom was completely stripped back to its bare bones right to the framework and timber floor joists! With the joists needing extra bracing to reduce movement and creaking before the new floor was laid.
Full plaster board and skim finish and completed with stunning Victorian floor tiles and a tiled bath surround.
The rotten timber window has also been replaced with a new uPVC double glazed window.
The new tiled bath panel even has a built in secret access hatch! (See photo’s)😎 it’s all in the details! 👌🏻

All ready for the final decoration now 😁
