I have an NVQ3 in bricklaying an NVQ2 in plumbing and heating and an HNC in civil engineering and I have attended several training courses on retrofitting and sustainable building methods.

Been really busy so not posted for a while, so few pics of what I have been up to..new window above barclays in town raising the height of the sill by 3 courses of brick. New garage door lintel and brick up part of a garage conversion which I'll share pics off. New grey window replacement in topsham. Shower regrout and a a brick patch up job for the local village hall. Just to name a few. Next up to come process of a garage conversion to gym for a customer in exeter..

Mega busy few weeks. From being laid up for a few days with a fever to school pickups not sure how i got all these jobs ...

Busy week on run up to Easter. And didn't help I hurt my back last week. But got everything I needed done before a well deserved break. From replacing a corner sink with a large crack to a replacing a faulty garage door spring..plus seeing a lot of new jobs.

Mega busy week and still got to head out Saturday morning. From shower and bath reseals. To installing a service hatch after finding an unusual placement for a bottle trap that was leaking. To ripping up a water damaged floor and replacing the subfloor then overlaying with ply ready for the floor finisher..

Oh and coating up 2 massive chimneys with storm dry masonry cream...

Busy one this week a last minute job in with a tight deadline to help out a local letting agent get a 3 bed house ready ...

Busy one this week a last minute job in with a tight deadline to help out a local letting agent get a 3 bed house ready to for tenants to move in Friday...
Jobs consisted of:
-New bathroom blind
-fix the living room door
- replace bathroom door handle and locking mechanism.
-Adjust garage door so it shuts..
-OH AND PAINT ALL THE WOODWORK..

All done ready for the new tenants.

Loads of call outs this week for local agents. From garage doors not opening to lots of leaks. This one was an example. A leak happening for a while in the lean-to. I got up repaired the leaking gutter and installed a section over the damaged lead flashing.
