A quick walk around a robotic system by Lely Center Holsworthy and cooling by Rø-Ka Industri A/S.
Really coming together.
This 2.3m slim option Silo system is running our new pre-cooling system for robitic systems where we pre-chill the inside of the silo to hugely speed up the cooling times.
Looking forward to seeing this up and running.

Many thanks to our team for setting up the stand and to their hard work over the last two days.
Sadly, the organisers have decided, due to the high winds, to cancel today.
I do believe this is probably for the best as it has been very hard keeping everything pegged down, as we found out on the first day!!

This installation took the team to Buckinghamshire where we installed a fully refurbished 16,000 Ltr Mueller Bulk Milk Tank together with 2 x 3hp condensing units, a refurbished Ice Builder, a water heater and finished off with a 1,000 Ltr Green Machine Heat Recovery System and heater matrix. Another awesome installation by the Milk Cooling Specialists 🤩

This is an installation from last week that took the team to Torrington - nice and local 😊

This customer had a new Roka 17,000 Ltr RKC Horizontal bulk tank installed together with 2 x 8hp condensing units and a 300Ltr Water Heater.

The customer also had a 1,000 Ltr Green Machine Heat Recovery System installed making the most of his Moo Power. This system consists of 2 x 500 Ltr Buffer Storage tanks, storing his hot water for use in and around the farm.

This weeks load collected from the Roka Factory in Rodding, Denmark is a super slim 12,000 Ltr Roka Horizontal tank build with short legs for supply into Scotland and a 25,000 Ltr Roka Silo together with a tank room for a customer in Preston, due to be installed in a couple of weeks.

This installation took the team to another local farm in Copplestone, Devon.

For this customer we supplied an outdoor spec 30,000 Ltr Bulk Milk Tank together with 2 x Copeland condensing units. The cleaner fitted inside the dairy.

The customer is also having a 1.6 Ton fully refurbished ice builder which will be installed in a few weeks time.

This installation took the team to Holsworthy, Devon. Nice and local for us 😊

We installed a new 40,000 Ltr Roka Silo, this silo is fitted with a quick wash system, and a volume sensor; enabling the operator to monitor the content levels. We supplied 2 x 10hp Copeland condensing units that drive the silo, a 3T fully refurbished ice builder; complete with a new coil and a 14,000 Ltr fully refurbished tank for use as a buffer.

This set up gives the silo priority cooling should the milk go in warm. A floor mounted 77 plate stainless steel plate cooler was also supplied for the customer and a 400 ltr water heater giving plenty of capacity for washing. We carried out adaptions to the customers existing Heat Recovery System – enabling them to have under floor heating extended into their office, break room and the cups-on aera of the rotary parlour.
