If you are looking for quality, used 18650 cells, we can help. We have cells that have been quality checked. The cells go through a series of tests where we charge, discharge, capacity test and final charge to 4.1v. All cells are on a very close average of 1600mAh.
You will see that the cells all have signs of previously spot-welded.
All cells are stripped, inspected and fitted with new heat shrink.
All cells are shipped with UPS.
