Oldbury’s Founded in 1989, Jon’s passion for conservation was cultivated in his bricklaying apprenticeship.

Over 35 years of experience, a family run company, specialising in all aspects of masonry restoration, using skilled craftsman on buildings and historical properties, their craftsmanship is reflected in Oldbury’s using traditional techniques and skills. ter Oldburys works all over Devon. He extended his knowledge by studying Building Conservation at Bournemouth University & working as a supervisor for a steeplejack company. Now a family run business with Jon working with his sons, it is this passion and craftsmanship that is reflected in Oldbury’s using traditional techniques and skills. Oldbury’s specialise in sympathetic restoration of brickwork & stone on all scales, including wall tie replacement, chimney repair, arch and lintel replacement, cavity wall insulation removal and restoration work as part of an award-winning team.
