Driveway prep marking the start of another large refurbishment in Falmouth. Complete re-model internally, new roof, re-wire and solar installation.

The start of another very exciting project for Ardent. A major upgrade for this historic building in St Ives. The building will become the home of a major archive so structural works are underway to strengthen the floors. Then a new accessible w/c, new oak staircase, through floor lift and restoration of the fabric of the building. In the autumn we will complete an external refurbishment to include all windows and roof works.
