Protecting people and protecting the environment often go hand in hand, and Envirochem is proud to have partnered with Green The UK and the Royal Forestry Society - RFS to plant 1,000 climate resilient trees across the UK.

Woodland cover in the UK remains among the lowest in Europe at just 14%, which has a proven impact on biodiversity and environmental resilience. By planting a wide variety of tree species, Envirochem is helping support government targets to increase tree and woodland cover to 16.5% by 2050.

This we want to encourage others across our industry to join us in securing a better future for our planet, whether that’s through supporting organisations like Green The UK on the frontline of environmental restoration, or through the ongoing work of preventing harmful substances from impacting the environments in which we live and work.

Could your workers hear an emergency alarm whilst wearing hearing protection?

According to recent HSE inspections, 95% of employers had not assessed whether workers could still hear warning signals or alarms when hearing protection was being worn.

With the HSE increasing its focus on noise in the workplace, noise assessments and noise mapping remain key tools for supporting compliance. Check out our noise testing services here: https://eu1.hubs.ly/H0vNhV-0

Vibration exposure from power tool usage is one of the most common causes of work-related ill health in construction. Many injuries develop gradually, meaning workers may not realise they are at risk until chronic pain, nerve damage, or mobility issues begin to affect their ability to work.

Envirochem offers vibration assessments to identify where exposure occurs and what controls are needed to protect workers and meet regulatory requirements. Check out our service page to learn more: https://eu1.hubs.ly/H0vzqQD0
