🔧 A second opinion can make all the difference! 💧

A customer approached CPD Waste Water for a second opinion after being advised by their existing service provider that they needed both a new pump and a new control panel.

We carried out a free-of-charge assessment and found that the control panel was working perfectly, but the pump had unfortunately burnt out.

Rather than replacing equipment unnecessarily, we provided a very competitive quote for a like-for-like replacement pump — the trusted AMA-Porter by KSB. ✅

The new pump is now in place, and we’re delighted to have secured the customer’s ongoing maintenance too!

At CPD Waste Water, we believe in honest advice, practical solutions and great value for money. Sometimes, all you need is a second opinion! 👏

💧 Another Hipaf unit brought back to life by CPD Waste Water! 💪

This tired old unit was suffering from poor aeration, leaks and generally underperforming.

We’ve replaced all the distribution pipework, fittings and diffusers, giving the system a complete aeration overhaul. 🔧

The result? Amazing, even aeration across all the beds! 🙌

Another great example of how the right upgrades and a bit of expert know-how can make a huge difference to wastewater treatment performance.

Great work by the team at CPD Waste Water! 👏

We’ve seen some bodge jobs in our time… but this one is definitely up there! 😳

And, surprisingly, this was carried out by a well-established company.

Apparently, the thinking was that cable-tying a claw onto a pump would do the job… and that the rather questionable pipework repair would last.

Thankfully, they contacted us before things got any worse.

We’ve assessed the situation, got the system safely operating on a temporary basis, and we’ll be returning in the coming days to carry out a proper, long-term repair.

Another temporary fix that’s bought the system some time — but sometimes there’s simply no substitute for doing the job properly in the first place! 🔧

We were contacted for a comparative quotation for remedial work on this foul water pumping station, serving a small apartment block. We carried out a free of charge visit to assess the work required and provided a quotation. The quotation was accepted the same day and we attended today to replace 1 pump and the internal tank pipework. It’s now back to a fully functional condition at a much more cost effective price than they were quoted originally. We have now picked up the on going maintenance

✅ Another wastewater treatment installation successfully completed.

With a naturally high water table during the wetter months, this system was fully encapsulated in concrete to provide long-term stability and protection.

Although it's a straightforward gravity-fed system, it still delivers everything required to meet the standards set by the Environment Agency. To ensure reliable operation and prevent any backflow, we also installed a non-return valve on the outlet.

Simple, effective and built to last—another installation completed to a high standard and another happy customer.
