"Last Thursday I phoned you about a problem with our gates, you kindly said you’d get back to me by the end of the day, thank you.

About 2 o’clock that afternoon Got a call from Stuart saying he was in Henley and could be with me in 90 minutes. He thought he could find the problem.

Sure enough after getting to our property as promised at 3:30 he’d soon identified the problem as a pesky slug that had got into the cabinet and fused the circuit board and burnt it.
Amazingly he had a good stock of parts in the van and felt he could fix the problem that day.
H called base to get clearance and came back with an alternative of replacing the motors and other bits with the latest variant..

Having clearly explained all this including time scales and cost differences I decided to go for the new circuit board and cabinet, The main reason being that he had what he needed and was prepared to finish the job there and then. This he did.

His knowledge of the systems and the clarity with which he explained everything was really impressive as well as his work ethic.
