🚧 This Week's Project Update 🚧

Another busy week across our sites, with great progress being made!

🏊 Swimming Pool Project The brickwork is now complete up to DPC level, and the pool has been excavated and blinded, ready for the formwork and concrete installation. It's fantastic to see this bespoke project taking shape.

🏡 Whitstable Garden Studio Over in Whitstable, our timber-frame garden studio is progressing rapidly. The structure is now up to wall plate height, with the roof construction scheduled to begin next week.

🏡 Bespoke Passivhaus Barn Conversion – Progress Update 🏡

We're proud to share the latest progress on one of our most unique and technically demanding projects to date – a highly bespoke Passivhaus barn conversion.
This stunning building is beginning to showcase the exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into every aspect of the construction. From the striking traditional brickwork and handcrafted roof detailing to the beautifully engineered timber structure, every element has been carefully designed to combine architectural character with industry-leading energy performance.

Inside, the impressive vaulted spaces are taking shape, flooded with natural light through the feature glazing, while bespoke joinery and custom-built interiors are being installed throughout. The combination of traditional materials and modern Passivhaus principles will create a home that is not only beautiful but incredibly comfortable and energy efficient.

Projects of this nature require meticulous planning, precision workmanship, and a team committed to delivering the highest standards—and we're delighted with how this one is coming together.

🏗️ This Week’s Progress Update 🏗️
Another productive week across a couple of our exciting projects!

🔹 Bespoke Barn Conversion The exterior is really starting to showcase the character of this unique build, with traditional brickwork, beautiful clay tile roofing, and bespoke detailing coming together to create a truly stunning barn-style home.

🔹 Disability Adaptation Project Significant progress has been made internally, including the installation of a bespoke illuminated staircase with the help of Impressions Joinery designed to combine accessibility, safety, and contemporary style. The specialist wet room is also taking shape, featuring large-format tiling, integrated drainage, and carefully considered layouts to meet the client's individual needs.

We're proud to see both projects progressing steadily and look forward to sharing further updates as they move closer to completion.
