Also at the wimbourne Tivoli we were tasked with replacing the old toilet systems which had broken but we could not get access from the men’s toilet as any damage to the floor or existing units was not an option, so we went under the toilet wall from a fire exit and were able to expose were the pipes would be which allowed the plumbers to fit new pipes and no damage was done. Whilst doing this it was clear that the concrete floor in the toilet was suspended and a Void about 4 inches in places had formed from years of leaking pipes, we overcame this by pouring 25 bags of concrete flowing grout into the VOID via 3 pipes and filled the void killing 2 birds with one stone. It was a very interesting job.
