The original home was a 2.5 bed / 1 bath that we converted to a 4 bed / 2 bath with an open plan kitchen/diner, separate living room, office and utility room. The footprint increased from 81 sq m to 146 sq m. This property hadn’t been touched in 20 years so the change was absolutely phenomenal!
