Recent bathroom project for a returning client in Elvetham, Fleet. The original layout was not ideal for the installation of the required shower system so with some reconfiguration a great solution was accomplished. Trending colours with fully tiled walls and floor provide a great modern result, well done team.

Recently completed project in central Fleet. Significant structural steel installation to form large open plan kitchen dining area and stairwell revision and formation of new corridor to comply with fire related building regulations. Floor removal and reinstatement including modern foam insulation. Large new Velux window in bathroom ceiling, blocking up of existing window and new bathroom and Howdens kitchen installation. New plumbing, electrics, plastering finished with new V4 limed oak flooring and 6 inch skirting.

Our client in Arborfield wanted to replace their old fully glazed conservatory with a more seasonal friendly extension. We designed and built the orangery extending the original footprint but still
keeping within permitted development requirements. The results offer lots of light using the newest insulating glazing technology and bi-folding door systems to create this pleasing addition. We also managed to maintain their existing oak floor which runs through the ground floor and add to it which will be fully re-sanded and finished to match.

The client wished to replace their existing conservatory which was typically too hot or cold and create a larger open plan kitchen diner with additional living space. Our Architect Dave Gill of Cranford Designs got the brief just right and our clients are delighted with the results stating it’s “perfect”.
With some structural steelwork we were able to remove all of the rear ground floor external and internal walls and construct this well designed clever use of space with a part flat, part mono-pitched roof with two large electrically operated roof lights and a large bi-folding door assembly for maximum light.
Internally we altered all the main services, fully re-plastered, installed a new Howdens kitchen, new internal doors, designer radiators, architraves and skirtings. We also re-levelled the entire ground floor, fitted a Karndean floor system and decorated producing a quality finished project.
The team as always deep cleaned and left the property pristine.

Project on Elvetham Heath to extend the side and rear of this town house and link to a double detached garage which we converted into habitable space. There was extensive groundwork and structural alterations with 15 steels being installed to allow most of the internal walls to the ground floor and original corner of the building to be removed. The existing floors were removed, insulation and under floor heating installed and a liquid screed floor laid.
Drainage and services were installed to allow the relocation of the kitchen to the new space. New structural openings formed to relocate the side and garage doors. Large bi-folding door assemblies, large rooflights and kitchen installed. A large decking area installed to finish and compliment the rear elevation.

Very large extension and refurbishment project in Church Crookham. Demolition of existing single storey reception room and construction of double storey side extension to form two new bedrooms and en-suites, reception and large utility room. Single storey rear extension and extension to existing detached garage to link to host property. Property totally retiled and upgraded with modern insulation. All ground floors removed, insulated and under floor heating installed. New windows/doors, kitchen, utility and bathrooms and tiling. Totally rewired and new heating system installed with an air source heat pump system. The project offered some challenges with extremely deep existing drainage system and foundations, the requirement to relocate both gas and electricity meters which was upgraded to 3 phase whilst keeping the property habitable and a completely new water main to uprate flow rate into the property.

Recently completed project in Church Crookham which included removal of chimney through entire property, demolition of existing flat roof porch , construction of new larger pitched roof porch, structural alterations internally to merge kitchen and dining rooms, drainage alterations, formation of new ensuite to master bedroom, new kitchen and utility, new windows and doors including bi-folding assemblies, new internal doors throughout, electrical and plumbing works.
