Here we have installed an additional heat exchanger to the DHW return. The stored water was struggling to reach temperature due to high demand. So by increasing the temperature of the return coming back we are now maintaining a stead 62 degrees. 👍👍

Today we completed a full strip down service to this rather old Ideal Harrier GT boiler that feeds the spa at a luxury hotel.
Heat exchanger cleaned, baffles cleaned seals replaced and burner set and adjusted after years of primitive servicing.

Nice little pump change today at a site in Crawley.
We mounted our winch to a unistrut counter lever to assist with the lift.
Pump fitted, system filled and dosed and back up and running. 👌🏻 Another quality job.

We have recently completed an emergency pump replacement within this pressurisation unit. Both pumps had failed meaning that there was no automatic top up of pressure. The second pump will be getting replaced in due course. 👌🏻👌🏻

A small little job completed for our clients at Basingstoke Gymnastic Club
The primary heating circuit was installed with no AAV's. So we popped by and fitted 2.
This will allow any air build up be released from the system. 🤙🤙

Today we carried out an EC plug fan upgrade to air handling unit at the Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire, England

We removed an old motor and belt drum fan and replaced with this new high efficiency fan. By completing this work the client can expect to save 30-40% on running costs giving them a very short ROI 🤙🤙💰💰

Today we removed an old leaking calorifier at Basingstoke Gymnastic Club
This work included installing a new 300 litre unvented cylinder, pipework adjustments and the installation of new wiring and programmer.
It was amazing to see the work that is done at the gym by all the staff for all ages. They are an awesome group of coaches creating an quality environment for young and old.
It was a pleasure to work for you and look forward to forming a strong working relationship moving forward 👊

On the journey home last night we recieved an emergency call from a local care home we look after. They had a leaking cold water supply pipe that was flooding the first floor of the building. We were on site withing 20 minutes and the leak was fixed and system back operational with 1 hour of the call.

We have recently installed some high and low ventilation to a void that contains a gas pipe for our client at BMW.
This has been missed for a number of years by other companies but is a requirement to ensure the gas installation is up to regulations.👍💪

We have just completed an emergency repair to the LTHW system. The existing bellows had split and leaking heavily.
Job complete system dosed with chemicals and all back up and running in a day 👊👊
