Wren kitchen installed in Huntly🔨

Along with the doors posted previously we also installed a new wren kitchen to this property.

The new kitchen brings a more modern look and allows better use of space with the new breakfast bar return.

The kitchen was fully stripped back before sockets moved and sheeted back in.

Old floor tiles were also stripped back before screeding went down followed by new underlay and laminate.

Just paintwork to be completed on this one to fully bring it all together.

House of doors completed in Huntly

A bit more work involved with these due to it being an older property and a few of the doors needing cut and reassembled to suit openings.

Ended up having to use a mix of prefinished and unfinished due to the smaller openings that needed cut, But after an oil it will bring it all together nicely.

Also whilst there we replaced the old sliding mirrored doors with oak effect to match rest of doors throughout.

Pantry cupboard in elgin fitted out with walnut shelves paired with antique brass brackets.

Customer had removed previous shelves to redecorate room and the choice of materials compliments the dark decor well.

Couple smaller jobs carried out in elgin

Firstly was a ceiling mounted extractor. Due to it landing only half in the cavity space upstairs meant it couldn’t be mounted flush with ceiling so we compromised and formed a boxed frame for it to sit into.

Secondly was a false beam to beak up the rooms and a create a feature connecting where the wall had previously been cut back to when opening was originally formed.

En suite reinstated in elgin

A leak in grout had caused the floor in en-suite/ through to hall collapse

Full strip out of all damaged areas undertaken including floorcoverings partition and subfloor before reinstating floor walls and shower area

Shower enclosure framed in on left hand side to allow for shelve to be formed with brass trims to match the shower

Just awaiting replacement oak flooring to arrive to match existing and it will be job complete, as unfortunately a lot had been water damaged

Media wall completed in Keith

Finished this job around a month ago and got a chance to get back and see it all fully finished and in use.

Complete with acoustic panelling and led downlights in recesses space for sound bar and an electric fire makes for a simple yet effective way of transforming a room.

New oak doors installed into existing frames throughout downstairs of the property bringing a fresh mordern look.

Job completed in Drummuir.

Upstairs had 4 new oak doors fitted along with new oak thresholds, stops, facings and skirting throughout lobby.

Downstairs had 3 new oak doors fitted along with oak thresholds,stops and facings the match existing oak skirtings.

Client opted to have the mouldings on the facings flipped inwards to match other facings in the property but still gives a clean look throughout.

While there the 2 small staircases were also prepped in ply ready for lvt to be fitted flowing down to match in with existing flooring.

Job completed in lhanbryde

For this project we done a full strip out of bathroom, cupboard and partition to form one larger kitchen area.

Upon stripping out we found the chipboard from the bathroom has sustained substantial damage so had no option but to replace.

Customer wanted to reuse old units as much as possible but due to switching layout we had to replace some end panels opting for a Matt black to match accents and worktops. And adding a feature wall with dark oak acoustic panelling

While there I also opened up under the stairs and panelled in the wall with acoustic panelling and closed off the old hall doorway at the other side of the living room to further add to space.

Just a new carpet to be fitted in the living room and sparky and plumber to tie off a few parts then that’s job 100%.

A couple smaller jobs completed alongside a bigger project we have ongoing. 🔨

New gate installed in elgin due to old gate getting to end of it’s time and starting to rot.

New flooring installed in a bedroom carried through into wardrobe finished with beading around skirting to save removal and repainting.
