 Good Evening

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Mark and his team for the great job that they have done at our property (organised via Peabody/council Disabled Facilities Grant)

We are genuinely impressed with the quality of the work that has been completed through the complications of Covid 19 whilst always keeping us up to date. The extra room that we have and the wet floor in our bathroom is life changing for us as a large family with a severely autistic youngster, and through every step from when they first attended the property to completion Mark and his colleagues have gone the extra mile to ensure we have had a safe transition from one bathroom to another and eventually to both.

Aside from the excellent workmanship – my motivation for taking the time to write is also down to great communication and customer service through out – we have always known who to expect and when, been given the heads up on particularly noisy days that might find our son distressed and solutions to any problems that have arisen (as they always do with building works) have been addressed promptly and with care.

But – the real golden nugget for us as a family – who often brace ourselves when we have a visitor to the home due to Teddys challenges, has been the compassion that every person involved has extended to us all, and particularly to our youngest son. Everyone has been polite, kind and gone the extra mile to make him feel comfortable with people and changes to his home – this is huge for families like ours as it means what could potentially of been an extra stressful few months has been anything but and we are very very grateful.

Please do forward these comments to Denis and the team at Peabody I would of copied him in but I cannot be certain of the correct email – Im happy to provide a testimonial or reassurance to other families in our situation in the future.

The team will know I’m always very busy so for me to find the time to write this says it all really – its very rare that things are not hard work and stressful on this journey with a disabled child and so I really wanted to give credit where its due.
