Our recent domestic Air Source Heat Pump installation in Ash, Canterbury, Kent included a water cylinder (Vaillant aroTHERM plus ASHP 5kW with a 150L uniSTOR and a 30L volumiser), connected to 7 existing and 3 new radiators. One of the new units is a fan coil unit (i-LIFE2 Climaveneta by Mitsubishi Electric).

We know that this social media space is both useful for showcasing the business as well as humble bragging about it ;) but why not share the good word from a happy customer and recognition of our engineer Raedene, after a recent install in South East Kent.

"We recently had a Vaillant AroTherm Air Source Heat Pump installed and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish the team were professional, knowledgeable and incredibly considerate.

They turned up exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently and kept everything clean and tidy throughout the installation which made a huge difference while juggling work and home life.

It was reassuring to use a local company covering Hawkinge, Folkestone, Kent and you could really tell they take pride in their reputation. Readene was especially thoughtful and friendly and she took the time to explain what was happening at each stage while making sure everything was left spotless at the end of the day. I had to leave my dog at home while I was at work and she was great with him which really put my mind at ease.

Nothing felt rushed and no question was too much trouble. The new heating system is working brilliantly and the house is already noticeably warmer and more comfortable. What really stood out was the care taken at the end of the job when Simon came over to personally show me how to use the system properly. Having that clear and thorough handover meant I didn’t need to take extra time off work and I now feel confident running everything myself.

On top of that having a maintenance agreement in place gives real peace of mind knowing the system will be properly serviced and looked after long term. Overall the whole team genuinely went above and beyond to get this installed and it shows in both the quality of the work and the level of customer care. ***7kW Vaillant Air Source Heat Pump Installation - Residential Upgrade***
We recently completed the installation of a 7kW Vaillant air source heat pump
(air-to-water) at a residential bungalow with a loft conversion, replacing an
older heating system.

The new ASHP was integrated using the existing radiators and hot water cylinder, minimising disruption and avoiding unnecessary replacements.

Following a full system assessment, we confirmed the existing radiators were suitable for low-temperature operation.

To accommodate the new unit, new external pipework was installed and carefully routed into the property, ensuring a neat finish and long-term reliability.

The bungalow layout, including the loft conversion, was fully considered to ensure even heat distribution throughout the home.

This upgrade provides the homeowner with:
· Improved energy efficiency
· Lower running costs
· Reduced carbon emissions
· A future-proof heating solution

The system was fully commissioned and tested to ensure optimal performance,
delivering reliable and stable heating and hot water all year round.
