Already an experienced roofer, or ready to get started in a hands-on career?

We’ve got two opportunities to join our solar installation team, based at Lea Road in Forres.

𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗳𝗲𝗿

We’re looking for someone with roofing or relevant trade experience to join the team and work on solar PV installations across domestic and commercial properties. You’ll play an important part in making sure every installation is completed safely and to a high standard.

𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿 (𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗴)

This role could be a great fit if you’re practical, reliable and keen to learn. You’ll support our experienced roofing and solar installation teams, gain real site experience and build skills that can help you progress in renewable energy.

We're recruiting a Scaffolding Labourer, based at Lea Road in Forres.

You don't need previous scaffolding experience. We're looking for someone who's reliable, hardworking and ready to learn. You'll work alongside our experienced Lead Scaffolder, with training and the opportunity to progress towards becoming a qualified Scaffolder.

Work experience placements may be short, but their impact can last much longer.

Friday marked Kayla’s last day with aes renewables as she completes her four week placement through Career Ready.

Over the past month, she’s spent time with teams across the business, building confidence, developing new skills and learning more about the renewable energy sector.

“It’s been the best experience, and I’ll take it forward into my future career.”

Exciting news for our team and our community.

We're delighted to share that aes renewables has become the first tenant at the Manufacturing Innovation Centre Moray - MICM

As we continue to grow, this new location gives us additional space to support our expanding team while helping us deliver renewable energy projects across the north of Scotland.

Our main office remains at Lea Road, and it's very much business as usual for our customers, partners and suppliers.

Thank you to the MICM team for the warm welcome. We're looking forward to being part of this exciting new chapter for Moray.

More than 40 years ago, a customer chose us to install a solar thermal system. We recently carried out maintenance on it, and it's still going strong today!

Yesterday we sponsored a hole at the Kilts and Clubs Charity Golf Day at Hopeman Golf Club

There was plenty of good golf on show, but the day was really about supporting two charities that make a difference when it's needed most, Cash for Kids North Scotland and Logan's Fund

Community events like this don't happen without people giving their time, backing local causes and getting involved. It was great to see so many businesses and individuals doing exactly that.

We're pleased to have supported the event and to have played a small part in helping raise funds for two organisations that continue to support children and families across Scotland.

A big thank you to everyone who helped make the day happen.
