Due to continued growth, we require a highly skilled Groundworker for various sites around the Highlands and Islands but to be based in Fort William.
Candidates must be experienced in setting out, foundations, concrete work, plot works, all types of paving and kerbing, road works, services and sewer construction.
Working Hours & Remuneration
Basic working hours are paid at 40hrs - Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm & Friday 8am to 3.30pm. Overtime will be available. All hours worked over and above the basic hours would be paid at time and a half.
Competitive and negotiable rate of pay (dependent on experience).
Bonus and benefit scheme
Van or transport to/from site will be provided.
Experience & Qualifications
You will have had at least 5 years prior experience in a similar position. Must be able to work on your own initiative, produce high quality work whilst meeting daily output targets.
Driving licence and Plant tickets would be preferred.
Must be willing to work away on occasions.
Start date as soon as possible.
